During this class you will be guided through 2-3 gentle and supported Restorative Yoga poses allowing the body to enter a deep state of relaxation. Accompanying these poses will be the lovely sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes, flute, and more instruments to help you find a place of stillness and peace within.
