Join Michelle + Andrea for a special 75-minute Restorative Yoga class infused with Sound Healing.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 3-5 restful poses. Yogis are supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.

The powerful effects of sound healing have been used for thousands of years. The sound and harmonic overtones produced by Tibetan singing bowls and other ancient instruments create sacred geometry which helps us to come into harmony and balance within ourselves.

No prior yoga experience necessary, all are welcome.

Limited to 8 students.

Gentle yoga classes are therapeutic and include yoga poses modified to individual's needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body's movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation. Minimal flow from pose to pose.

This class starts outside of Brew Krew business hours. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and use the BACK ENTRANCE ONLY to enter the building.
