This class unites your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints. Most postures are practiced on the floor in a seated or lying position, with each posture being held for 3 to 5 minutes. This is a great class for beginners or advance students looking for a restful class.
Joshua Brinks will accompany the class with sound therapy on the handpan.

This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while filling you with a sense of freedom as you flow your way into a blissful state. You will learn how to deepen your breath and build a calm focused awareness of the present moment. Just because “slow” is in the title, does not mean it’s easy.
