A yoga class styled specifically for men over 40 years of age, suitable for all levels with a focus on joint mobility through fluid, muscle movement. Finding our limitations externally to overcome them internally. This is a men's only class.

In this class you will learn to be present by using the asanas (postures), breath, drishti (point of focus), and meditation to help you focus your mind, body and spirit for a deeper and more satisfying yoga practice. Join Reagan and Andrea for this peaceful, healing, and restorative experience. During this class you will be guided through 2-3 gentle and supported Restorative Yoga poses allowing the body to enter a deep state of relaxation. Accompanying these poses will be the lovely sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes, flute, and more instruments to help you find a place of stillness and peace within. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with nature, quiet the mind, and find a deeper sense of fulfillment and peace within. The yoga class will be an all-levels yoga flow, with a short meditation to soak in the natural surroundings. 🧘🏼‍♀️

After class, you will get to harvest a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the Birdsong Flower Fields for a U-Pick session! 🌷 You will also get to enjoy your time at the farm, take a mindful walk in nature, or whatever suits the soul! ✨

Your ticket to this event covers your attendance to the yoga class as well as your U-Pick session. 🎟

You can purchase a ticket for a small, medium, or large bucket for your U-Pick session. If you would like to just come and enjoy class outdoors, you can purchase a ticket for class only.
