Gentle yoga classes are therapeutic and include yoga poses modified to individual's needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body's movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation. Minimal flow from pose to pose.


This class starts outside of Brew Krew business hours. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and use the BACK ENTRANCE ONLY to enter the building.

Vinyasa is a vigorous practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. Teachers will build a sequence and then allow students to flow on their own. Students are encouraged to adapt the flow for what best suits them. This class will help students cultivate balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Recommenced for students who have attended at least 3-5 yoga classes.

Join us for a soul-nourishing 90-minute journey that combines the gentle embrace of Restorative Yoga with the transformative power of vibrational Healing. You will be guided through some very supportive gentle restorative yoga postures while Andrea provides healing through sound and vibration with various instruments.

Instruments will be used to vibrate the muscles and bones, bringing you to a peaceful state of harmony and balance where healing can occur.

This special 90-minute session is crafted to provide you with an opportunity to find rest, heal and restore.
