DESCRIPTION: This approachable and accessible yoga class is open to everyone of all abilities and anyone is welcome to attend. We will move through a series of yoga poses to open & move the body, practice breathing techniques to shift energy, and leave time for guided meditation/contemplation to create a state of calm and peace for the mind.

This is a Pay What you Can class and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Suggested rate of $20 goes to pay for the space & instructors & a portion of the proceeds will go to the Share-the-Plate non-profit of the month.
