Taught by Lisa Theis, we come together for an hour to breathe, move, and share in the experience of simple movements, breath techniques, and guided meditation. This is a more active alternative to the Chair Yoga class held at the same time. No experience necessary - all you need is an open heart and mind! This is a pay what you can/donation based class.
