DESCRIPTION: Come unwind! This gentle class will include postures that use bolsters, blocks, & blankets. We will move slowly & sweetly, combining restorative poses with some gentle movements to get energy flowing through the body- just enough to prepare you for a short guided meditation toward the end of class. 
We have all the supports you will need for a class that helps you move gently & brings great rest & ease to your body & mind.
