DESCRIPTION: Colette's All Level Vinyasa class offers accessibility for the first time yogi to the experienced practitioner. She weaves playfulness and curiosity into each linked breath and invitation for movement. Her deep care to witness and hold space for each participant, as well as the collective, shines though hoping to bring her students a sense of personal empowerment to connect with themselves and each other. Yoga has had a steady positive current in Colette's life since she stepped into her first yoga class in 2006 and completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2018.
