Find your breath and center to support fluid movement with a focus on strengthening and connecting to your core. This class is great for individuals who want to build core strength as well as those who want a meditative practice. The flowing sequences will be followed by long pauses or posture holds. We will wind down with a couple of restorative poses, pranayama and yoga nidra. There is a strong focus on breath and mindfulness.
