Rotate between cold plunge and infrared sauna in this small group session with up to 4 people. 

Session length approximately 50 minutes 

Feel empowered, relief stress and tension in a small supportive group setting, whilst the magic of contrast therapy does its work. 

Please bring 2 towels, shower prior to the session and remove all jewellery. Wear swimwear or clothes that you are comfortable getting wet. 

If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, cold allergy, heat sensitivity, epilepsy, are currently pregnant or have a medical condition that may be impacted by heat or cold exposure please seek a medical clearance prior to the session.
