DESCRIPTION: Join us for a gentle, restorative yoga class designed to help you release tension and refresh your body for spring. We'll use plenty of props — bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, balls, and chairs — to support deep relaxation and detoxification. Chairs will be available to help with transitions to the mat, making this class accessible for everyone. Please bring your own yoga mat and an extra blanket for added comfort. All levels are welcome!
