DESCRIPTION: Join me at the beach for a yoga sculpt sweat sesh! This yoga class combines traditional yoga poses with strength training exercises. We will use weights to enhance our practice and flow to upbeat music. Cold plunge in the lake after? 

What to Bring: 
-Mat or Towel
-Weights  *I have 16 sets for the first 16 people, 1lb and 3lb*
-Water Bottle
