It will pump your heart, spark you spirit, lubricate your joints, motivate your mind, release you tension, enhance your balance and tone your muscles with expressive movement and mindful awareness.  We practice Nia barefoot. Wear clothes you can sweat in and bring your mat as we end our practice on the floor.
