&quot;Breathwork&quot; is the newest trend in the wellness space, although pranayama (breath regulation to harness energy or calm the mind/body) has been a vital part of yogic traditions for thousands of years. Modern day breathwork can be used to help regulate the nervous system, calm the body &amp;amp; mind, and quell anxiety. Each week we will work on a different style of pranayama set to music, followed by a meditation. For those attending Gentle/Yin yoga at 6 pm, we hope you will stay for breathwork/meditation. For those coming just to breathwork/meditation, please arrive at 7:05 for a start time of 7:10. Please sign up for this class separately.
