DESCRIPTION: Join us for a special treat this week as we have an artist (Elizabeth Wurtzel) serenading us with soothing sounds of the sitar as we practice yoga. The artist will adjust the music to the class: from opening, to warming up, to our standing series and when we move to the floor and practice pranayama. 

This 1-hr class is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners. Modifications will be offered throughout.
