DESCRIPTION: A unique experience that pairs the benefits of yoga with Sanskrit chanting & soothing sitar and flute music. 

We are so fortunate to have a very special & professional sitar artist come all the way from India (Sayan Ghosh) play for us during a yoga practice (taught by guest teacher Nicole Nichols) who will be accompanied by flute artist, Daniel Chambo. 

A truly serene experience. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.
