Description

A special class that will thread movement and breath: a special emphasis on Dhyana (meditation) will be woven throughout. During class, we will build a sequence of asanas (postures) that are tied together with breath to help build meditative movement, build inner tapas (zeal, discipline) and build awareness, coordination and confidence in your practice. In each class, we not only develop our physical practice, but also learn to deepen our energetic and subtle practices. Modifications and adjustments will be offered.

This class will be a gently heated class (heater set to about 75 deg which tends to warm the room up very quickly).
