DESCRIPTION: Emma is excited to offer a 6-week Mantra and Meditation workshop.  There will be one 1hr workshop each week on Mondays at 5:30pm.  We will have some gentle movement to being and explore a variety of mantra and meditation over the duration of the workshop.  Let's see what resonates with you so you can move forward with a regular practice of your own.  There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to meditation.
