Now is your chance to come and try it out for yourself!
This is a great chance to try this style of yoga and to warm up on a winter&#039;s day.
What to expect......?
A Bikram class consists of a Standing Series of postures and then a Floor Series making up 26 postures in total. None of the postures flow together so you get to practice just one pose at a time.
Will it be hot? Yes, you&#039;re going to sweat.... a LOT!
However, your body will feel SO great afterwards. The idea behind the heat is to help make your body more subtle and easier to move into postures, plus you get the benefits of detoxing through your sweat. Think flushed organs and glowing skin!
NOTE: Be sure to bring a large towel to go over your mat.
