DESCRIPTION: Love is who we are and how we interact with and relate to the world. Love is the space in which we live and feel and act. Using body awareness, visualizations from nature, and wholeness as a model of Love,  Alethya will hold space for you to connect to the Source of Love. We will practice stillness  to embody and work with the energy of Love with these restorative poses. At the end of class you will feel recharged, relaxed, and connected.
