DESCRIPTION: Yoga flow is a dynamic class which is perfect for both beginners as well as advance students. During the class you flow from one posture to the next guided by your breath.  

Each class is versatile and students are guided through the same sequencing of mudras, pranayama, bandas, surya namaskar (sun salutations), asanas (various positions), and closing with a meditation, yoga nidra, or chakra meditation.
