Hatha yoga is a perfect for both beginners as well as advance students. Classic Hatha yoga is the first style of yoga created and the practice embodies all other yoga styles (Ashtanga, Yin, Flow ) ect.

Each class is versatile and students are guided through the same sequencing of mudras, pranayama, mantras, surya namaskar (sun salutations), asanas (various positions), and closing with a meditation, yoga nidra, or chakra meditation.
