Candle Light Yoga is a chance to slow down, focus inward and gently stretch without sweating. Join us for a gentle class. The focus will be on breath, body awareness and center ourselves, closing with deep relaxation. Each posture, sequence and movement is designed to release tension and calm your body and mind. 
This class will help you increasing awareness of body movements and understanding the meaning of poses by developing subtle effects that usually are not easily recognized.


All levels are welcome. The class is suitable for all levels, all ages and all body types.
