These classes are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, slow and strengthening, moving with awareness and compassion. We are practicing the art of tuning into our physical and emotional states and moving consciously with our bodies. Through this movement medicine we release tension and stagnation and reset our internal compass to come back home to ourselves where we can be grounded and centred once more.
