The Pilates instructor’s thorough understanding of the body’s muscular and skeletal systems enables her to create a comprehensive exercise program for her client. Classes focus on specific areas and muscle groups individually and in sequence in order to integrate the whole body, re-educating and restoring it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.

Allow these powerful moving meditation practices to reintegrate, strengthen and restore body and mind. By harmonizing mind, body, breath and feeling we move towards wholeness. All levels welcome. In the face of the infinite we are all always beginners. || These classes are in the tradition of the Taichi Tao system, as passed down by Grandmaster Waysun Liao. A Qigong and Neigong based Taichi system, Master Liao teaches his practice principles using the powerful single form style or “dan tsou” style practice. This style breaks down each movement of the long form into smaller motions that can be practiced repetitively. These smaller motions are easier to refine, and allow one to relax and focus on what’s important in order to penetrate into the deeper meditative aspects of the practice.
