Explores more advanced asanas while incorporating breathwork and use of bandhas. Expect a challenging class that allows you to deepen your practice by exploring the edges of your perceived limitations. Each class is well rounded with rotating emphasis on arm balances, inversions, twists, and backbends. This class is suitable for students in good heath and some yoga experience.
