DESCRIPTION: Teen yoga - I don't know about you,  but personally my teen years were some of the hardest times I have endured. There's so much pressure seemingly from every angle (granted there's even more these days given social media), a constant struggle between autonomy and dependency, and an influx of confusing hormones to name just a few of the issues. 
I know I would have greatly benefitted from yoga as a teen. Maybe you know a teen who would?
