What is Kundalini Awakening?
Put simply, a kundalini awakening is a form of energetic awakening that causes us to transform on the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Kundalini is a Sanskrit word and means “she who is coiled”. It is the cosmic energy in every individual. This energy rises up from the base of our spine (the root chakra) all the way up through the crown chakra.

As the Kundalini ascends through all the chakras, you get into a state of deep self healing while the energy cleanses and heals the body.
