26 & 2 Yoga is twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well being will automatically follow. It is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched.

Hot 26 & 2 Yoga Beginning Series classes run for 90 minutes and consist of the same series of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises. Bikram Yoga is a hot yoga style, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to
42 °C with a humidity of 40%.
