DESCRIPTION: Restore and Stretch
A slow and deeply relaxing practice that combines elements of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga to support recovery, mobility, and mental balance.

This floor-based class focuses on long-held stretches that gently target the deeper connective tissues of the body – like fascia, ligaments, and joints – helping to increase flexibility and joint health. At the same time, restorative poses supported by props allow the nervous system to shift into a state of calm and repair.

Perfect after a surf session, a long day, or anytime you need to slow down. This class helps you release built-up tension, reset the body, and reconnect with your breath and inner stillness.

No experience or flexibility is required. All levels are welcome. Come as you are and enjoy a moment of true rest.

📲 BOOKINGS and CLASS REGISTRATION
	•	Online Booking: Reserve your spot online up to 30 minutes before class.
	•	Last-Minute Booking: Missed the cutoff? Just text or call us directly.
	•	Arrival Time: The yoga room opens 15 minutes before class. Please arrive between 15–5 minutes early to get settled.

If you still need to pay (Cash, MBway, or Revolut), please arrive at least 30–15 minutes before class to complete payment and secure your spot.

💳 UNPAID RESERVATIONS

If you reserved a spot but haven’t paid online, your spot is not guaranteed.
To secure your place, please complete your payment at least 30 minutes before class—either online or at the studio. If the class is fully booked, unpaid spots may be given away.

🔁 CANCELLATION POLICY
	•	Cancel at least 1 hour before class to receive a class credit (depending on your pass type).
	•	Your pass activation can be adjusted for another day.
	•	No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

All purchases (Drop-In, Class Passes, Memberships) are final.
They are non-transferable and non-refundable, even in case of non-usage or expiration.
