Primal Fusion is a playful blend of primal movement, mobility work, yoga, and a bit of Charlotte's own creative flair; designed to help you reconnect with the joy of moving in your own body. This class is less about getting it “right” and more about exploring movement with curiosity and freedom. Expect a mix of structured flow and spontaneous fun that strengthens both your body and your brain - enhancing mobility, improving cognitive function, and supporting overall physiological wellbeing. 

You don't need experience - just an open mind, and open heart. Come as you are, move how you feel, and rediscover what it means to truly enjoy your movement practice.

Perfect for those who need some fresh inspiration for their movement practice, or just want to build extra resilience to compliment their watersports activities.

📲 BOOKINGS and CLASS REGISTRATION
	•	Online Booking: Reserve your spot online up to 30 minutes before class.
	•	Last-Minute Booking: Missed the cutoff? Just text or call us directly.
	•	Arrival Time: The yoga room opens 15 minutes before class. Please arrive between 15–5 minutes early to get settled.

If you still need to pay (Cash, MBway, or Revolut), please arrive at least 30–15 minutes before class to complete payment and secure your spot.

💳 UNPAID RESERVATIONS

If you reserved a spot but haven’t paid online, your spot is not guaranteed.
To secure your place, please complete your payment at least 30 minutes before class—either online or at the studio. If the class is fully booked, unpaid spots may be given away.

🔁 CANCELLATION POLICY
	•	Cancel at least 1 hour before class to receive a class credit (depending on your pass type).
	•	Your pass activation can be adjusted for another day.
	•	No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

All purchases (Drop-In, Class Passes, Memberships) are final.
They are non-transferable and non-refundable, even in case of non-usage or expiration.
