Vedic Yoga practice also includes 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम), “control of lifeforce/breath”) exercises to increase the oxygenation/lifeforce (“prāṇa”) throughout the body and 45 minutes of silence/meditation.
You will benefit by re-discovering your true Self; and secondarily experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.
The Saturday morning yoga class is immediately followed, at 8am, by an Ayurveda and Vedic Sciences community class where questions to your health/wellness concerns and curiosities are answered from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Vedic Vidyalaya is a "How-to-Live" Vedic Sciences' School for children and teenagers. Vedic Vidyalaya's after school programs enable a child to awaken their inner wisdom, build confidence, invigorate courage, develop responsibility and accountability, know discipline and order, learn self-respect and respect for others, and live life from inner joy & peace.
Our after school programs include:
Life skills, such as nutrition, health & wellness, cooking skills, yoga (including meditation), balanced lifestyle, proper use of technology, understanding of sleep & conducive sleep cycle, communication skills, active lifestyle such as value of exercise and leading an active life, and value of nature & outdoors.
Homework assistance and tutoring, and cover many topics such as math, science, arts, music, dance, literature and more. We aid parents in identifying the child or teenager's unique gifts, skills, and talents and support their development.
Should parents' be interested, and per their consent, we also provide Ayurveda assessments (separate consultation honorarium applies) to identify areas of opportunity (health of body/mind) or to aid in healing pre-existing diseases and/or imbalances of the physical body or mind of children and teenagers.
Hours: 3pm - 8pm (Mon-Fri); Weekends 630am-8pm

Vedic Vidyalaya is a "How-to-Live" Vedic Sciences' School for children and teenagers. Vedic Vidyalaya's after school programs enable a child to awaken their inner wisdom, build confidence, invigorate courage, develop responsibility and accountability, know discipline and order, learn self-respect and respect for others, and live life from inner joy & peace.
Our after school programs include:
Life skills, such as nutrition, health & wellness, cooking skills, yoga (including meditation), balanced lifestyle, proper use of technology, understanding of sleep & conducive sleep cycle, communication skills, active lifestyle such as value of exercise and leading an active life, and value of nature & outdoors.
Homework assistance and tutoring, and cover many topics such as math, science, arts, music, dance, literature and more. We aid parents in identifying the child or teenager's unique gifts, skills, and talents and support their development.

Morning Yoga practice includes 40 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind, and secondarily build muscle tonality & flexibility. In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to balance. Vedic Yoga practice also includes 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम), “control of lifeforce/breath”) exercises to increase the oxygenation/lifeforce (“prāṇa”) throughout the body and 45 minutes of silence/meditation.
You will benefit by re-discovering your true Self; and secondarily experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.
The Saturday morning yoga class is immediately followed, at 8am, by an Ayurveda and Vedic Sciences community class where questions to your health/wellness concerns and curiosities are answered from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Vedic Vidyalaya is a "How-to-Live" Vedic Sciences' School for children and teenagers. Vedic Vidyalaya's after school programs enable a child to awaken their inner wisdom, build confidence, invigorate courage, develop responsibility and accountability, know discipline and order, learn self-respect and respect for others, and live life from inner joy & peace.
Our after school programs include:
Life skills, such as nutrition, health & wellness, cooking skills, yoga (including meditation), balanced lifestyle, proper use of technology, understanding of sleep & conducive sleep cycle, communication skills, active lifestyle such as value of exercise and leading an active life, and value of nature & outdoors.
Homework assistance and tutoring, and cover many topics such as math, science, arts, music, dance, literature and more. We aid parents in identifying the child or teenager's unique gifts, skills, and talents and support their development.

Vedic Vidyalaya is a "How-to-Live" Vedic Sciences' School for children and teenagers. Vedic Vidyalaya's after school programs enable a child to awaken their inner wisdom, build confidence, invigorate courage, develop responsibility and accountability, know discipline and order, learn self-respect and respect for others, and live life from inner joy & peace.
Our after school programs include:
Life skills, such as nutrition, health & wellness, cooking skills, yoga (including meditation), balanced lifestyle, proper use of technology, understanding of sleep & conducive sleep cycle, communication skills, active lifestyle such as value of exercise and leading an active life, and value of nature & outdoors.
Homework assistance and tutoring, and cover many topics such as math, science, arts, music, dance, literature and more. We aid parents in identifying the child or teenager's unique gifts, skills, and talents and support their development.
Should parents' be interested, and per their consent, we also provide Ayurveda assessments (separate consultation honorarium applies) to identify areas of opportunity (health of body/mind) or to aid in healing pre-existing diseases and/or imbalances of the physical body or mind of children and teenagers.

Vedic Vidyalaya is a "How-to-Live" Vedic Sciences' School for children and teenagers. Vedic Vidyalaya's after school programs enable a child to awaken their inner wisdom, build confidence, invigorate courage, develop responsibility and accountability, know discipline and order, learn self-respect and respect for others, and live life from inner joy & peace.
Our after school programs include:
Life skills, such as nutrition, health & wellness, cooking skills, yoga (including meditation), balanced lifestyle, proper use of technology, understanding of sleep & conducive sleep cycle, communication skills, active lifestyle such as value of exercise and leading an active life, and value of nature & outdoors.
Homework assistance and tutoring, and cover many topics such as math, science, arts, music, dance, literature and more. We aid parents in identifying the child or teenager's unique gifts, skills, and talents and support their development.
Should parents' be interested, and per their consent, we also provide Ayurveda assessments (separate consultation honorarium applies) to identify areas of opportunity (health of body/mind) or to aid in healing pre-existing diseases and/or imbalances of the physical body or mind of children and teenagers.
Hours: 3pm - 8pm (Mon-Fri); Weekends 630am-8pm

Morning Yoga practice includes 40 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind, and secondarily build muscle tonality & flexibility. In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to balance. Vedic Yoga practice also includes 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम), “control of lifeforce/breath”) exercises to increase the oxygenation/lifeforce (“prāṇa”) throughout the body and 45 minutes of silence/meditation.
You will benefit by re-discovering your true Self; and secondarily experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.
The Saturday morning yoga class is immediately followed, at 8am, by an Ayurveda and Vedic Sciences community class where questions to your health/wellness concerns and curiosities are answered from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Vedic Vidyalaya is a "How-to-Live" Vedic Sciences' School for children and teenagers. Vedic Vidyalaya's after school programs enable a child to awaken their inner wisdom, build confidence, invigorate courage, develop responsibility and accountability, know discipline and order, learn self-respect and respect for others, and live life from inner joy & peace.
Our after school programs include:
Life skills, such as nutrition, health & wellness, cooking skills, yoga (including meditation), balanced lifestyle, proper use of technology, understanding of sleep & conducive sleep cycle, communication skills, active lifestyle such as value of exercise and leading an active life, and value of nature & outdoors.
Homework assistance and tutoring, and cover many topics such as math, science, arts, music, dance, literature and more. We aid parents in identifying the child or teenager's unique gifts, skills, and talents and support their development.
Should parents' be interested, and per their consent, we also provide Ayurveda assessments (separate consultation honorarium applies) to identify areas of opportunity (health of body/mind) or to aid in healing pre-existing diseases and/or imbalances of the physical body or mind of children and teenagers.

Sound Healing and Soundbaths are an acoustic experience that helps to relax the body, they activate your body's natural healing systems, and clear the subconscious mind.
Prana Lifeforce Healing (Pranacharya), derived from Ayurveda, is using Prana or "lifeforce" to heal body and/or mind imbalances. The Ayurveda Doctor (Pranacharya) guides the lifeforce by hovering the palms a few inches over affected area. You will have the option to receive Prana Lifeforce Healing.
It is encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket this way you can be as relaxed as possible in your mind and body. During Soundbath you'll be letting the vibrations from instruments wash through and over your body to help you release and let go anything that is no longer serving you.
Some instruments include crystal singing bowls, a Gong, Tibetan bowls and many others. You'll be leaving this Soundbath experience feeling refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated.

Morning Yoga practice includes 40 minutes of (Asana) postures to heal the body and mind, and secondarily build muscle tonality & flexibility. In addition, Yoga postures gently activate marmani (“acupressure” points) to bring the body and mind back to balance. Vedic Yoga practice also includes 5 minutes of prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम), “control of lifeforce/breath”) exercises to increase the oxygenation/lifeforce (“prāṇa”) throughout the body and 45 minutes of silence/meditation.
You will benefit by re-discovering your true Self; and secondarily experiencing increased energy, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, as well as be more balanced in your emotions throughout the day.

Please join our active general meditation group as well as our Himalayan Swadharma Kriya Yoga Meditation and Vedic Sciences community- learn and practice sessions. If you already have a meditation technique(s) your welcome to join as well and continue to practice your way.

In these weekly sessions you will learn theory, preparatory steps and advanced kriya yoga meditation techniques as well as answer any of your comments and or questions. Beginners and advanced levels welcome.

-receive individual feedback on proper techniques
