Stef has been leading heart-centered workshops, classes and coaching clients on Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Nutrition and Sustainable Living in Canada and around the world for over sixteen years. She is a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach, with a background in Holistic Nutrition and Ayurveda, as well as the co-founder of Ahimsa Eco Solutions, an environmental business-for-good. She is passionate about exploring spirituality, health and wholeness through our connection with Nature.
Description
These sessions focus greatly upon Pranayama & Breathwork, beginning with some dynamic movement to open the body and respiratory channel, and then leading into an extended Pranayama Practice that brings a host of benefits to both Body + Mind. No previous experience needed!
*At Vichara Yoga Shala we endeavour to create a safe space in all ways possible, using natural cleaning + sanitizing products, and requesting our community to BYOP at this time (bring your own props).
