In our yoga practice, we begin to notice how the body mirrors our emotional landscape. Tight hips, clenched jaws, a guarded heart centre — these are not just physical conditions, but invitations. They are echoes of held emotions, moments of unspoken grief, quiet fear, or even long-forgotten joy. They’re calls to listen, to breathe, to soften into the places that have been holding pain or protecting us for far too long.
