DESCRIPTION: This challenging 75-minute practice is best suited for yogis who already have a bakasana (crow pose) in their practice. 

While Rocket 1 emphasizes lower body strength, Rocket 2 is all about building upper body strength and mobility (think “arm day”).  Known for its energizing flow, Rocket 2 combines playful arm balances, lots of backbends, invigorating twists, hip work, and plenty of chances to get upside down and explore your limits.  Don’t worry if the handstands and inversions feel overwhelming at first—stick with it, and you’ll see both your practice and arm muscles transform over time!
