While many of the postures stem from traditions like Ashtanga, Rocket, and Yogastha Sadhana, the sequencing is less fixed—allowing you to connect breath with movement while exploring creative transitions, challenges, and new pathways through the practice.

The class follows a consistent overall structure, while the internal flows change from class to class on purpose—moving the body through all planes of motion and supporting adaptability in both body and mind. Power emphasizes fascia-focused sequencing and includes a longer standing balance series designed to build strength, stability, mobility, and coordination throughout the body. Balance training supports joint health and healthy aging, while also improving focus, proprioception, and nervous system function.

This is a cardiovascularly engaging flow that challenges you to move with control and presence, using the breath to steady the mind while the practice builds heat. Expect core work, dynamic movement, and a well-earned savasana to close.
