We’ve partnered with the Winston Salem Parks and Recreation Department to host a monthly Summer Outdoor Yoga Series at Quarry Park every third Saturday through October!

We are bringing the vibes with an all-levels vinyasa yoga class, complete with a Live DJ dishing out uplifting house music and techno beats to elevate your flow. After class, stick around to hang out, enjoy the music, relax in community, and soak up the sun!🙏🎶

🙃WHO: You! All levels are welcome & encouraged! Kids welcome, but to participate in the class you must be 18 years and older.
