DESCRIPTION: Due to high demand, we’re offering a second Sound Bath on the same day—because this is our only Sound Bath in May, and we expect the first to fill quickly!

Celebrate Mother’s Day under the radiant Flower Moon with a deeply restorative Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra.

The Flower Moon, symbolic of growth, beauty, and transformation, invites us to bloom into our fullest selves. This second session offers the same healing experience: Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation for deep rest and conscious awareness—paired with the immersive sounds of gongs, singing bowls, wind instruments, synthesizers, and other therapeutic instruments.

Whether you’re honoring motherhood or simply carving out sacred space for yourself, this session will support deep healing, stillness, and inner renewal.
