DESCRIPTION: Start your day grounded, calm, and centered. Meditation practice is about showing up for yourself, not “getting it right,” and building a consistent habit that nourishes your mind, your nervous system, and connects you to the truth that lies within.

Each session begins with gentle guidance—breath awareness, pranayama, visualization, or other simple techniques—before moving into a period of quiet, seated meditation. Over time, these practices help you reduce stress, calm a busy mind, and cultivate focus and inner steadiness.

Open to all levels—whether you’re new to meditation, looking to deepen your practice, or looking for accountability. Cameras are optional; come as you are.

Each session is recorded and shared to registered members so you can use the recording to meditate on your own time.
