A functional strength and skill-building practice designed to support a strong, capable body—especially the strength, coordination, and control needed for inversions and balanced transitions.

This class uses bodyweight training and simple tools such as kettlebells, resistance bands, and wall work to build upper-body strength, core stability, and whole-body awareness. The emphasis is on developing the foundation for handstands and inversions in a safe, progressive way—while also improving control, balance, and confidence in all movement.

Expect focused work on shoulders, wrists, core integration, and full-body tension management, supported by lower-body engagement to create stability and alignment upside down and in transition work.
