DESCRIPTION: Strength + Skills is a calisthenics-based movement class designed to build functional strength, mobility, and body awareness for both everyday life and the playful “skills” that show up in yoga practice—like inversions, arm balances, backbends, and transitions that require control and coordination. 

We train strength in a dynamic, exploratory way using bodyweight movement and tools like kettlebells, resistance bands, yoga blocks, sliders, and the wall to support or challenge the practice.  Every exercise offers options to regress or progress, making the class accessible, adaptable, and skill-building at every level.

Weekly Focus:
💪 Mondays: Posterior Chain + Leg Strength (supporting backbends and structural strength)
💪 Fridays: Full Body (inversions, skill work, and integrated strength training)
