DESCRIPTION: 🚀 ROCKET II
- Moderate-paced (not as fast as the name suggests)
- Mixed Levels (accessible for beginners, with options to explore for experienced practitioners)

A dynamic, energizing Rocket flow rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, designed to build strength, control, and confidence through the upper body and core.

Rocket II emphasizes arm balances, deep backbends, and twisting sequences, making it a powerful practice for developing upper-body stability, spinal mobility, and focused strength. Expect thoughtful progressions that help you build the foundation for more advanced shapes while staying grounded in breath and awareness.

While structured and intentional, the practice offers space for creativity and exploration. Students are encouraged to choose variations that support their current practice—whether that means refining foundational strength or exploring more challenging transitions and balances.

Expect a strong, playful sequence that blends effort and ease, with opportunities to build both skill and confidence over time.

The Rocket Sequences:
🚀 Bottle Rocket – The foundation of the method; great for beginners and building blocks of all Rocket classes
🚀 Rocket I – Lower-body focus: hip openers, forward folds, grounding strength
🚀 Rocket II – Upper-body focus: arm balances, deep backbends, and twists
🚀 Happy Hour / Rocket III – A blend of Rocket I + II, traditionally practiced Friday evenings as celebration, community, and play
