This is an active, deeply internal sound meditation designed to take you into a trance-like, expanded state of awareness—often described as psychedelic, without substances. Instead of just hovering near the meditative state, you will be guided directly into it with the power of sound.

The Setup: We first calm the nervous system to prepare the body.

The Sound: Louie (medisynth) loops and layers live electronic synths with ancient instruments like gongs, the didgeridoo, flutes, drums, and more.

The Result: An immersive sonic field that bypasses the busy mind, making deep meditation effortless.

Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

We provide mats, bolsters, blankets, and pillows.
