There will be a sign out the front for the Ease & Flow Yoga Studio.
Come and join us on Friday at the beautiful Ease & Flow Yoga studio in Swansea for a sound bath meditation🤩
Arrive 10 mins early to get your spot and start to wind down and relax.
Starting at 6:00pm Sharp. (Please note the doors to the arcade close @ 6pm on the dot) What to bring: Pillow,
Eye mask &
Blanket.
