This is exactly what you think it is - yoga to emo music! On the first and last Sunday of the month, we'll move with our breath to a curated playlist designed to soundtrack a strong, dynamic yoga flow to stretch out the sad.

First Sunday of the month we'll be in Cheltenham (please book onto the Sad Sundays: Emo Yoga Cheltenham class if this is the one you want to attend!) and the last Sunday of the month we'll be in Gloucester.

Suitable for all abilities - all you need is your angst and your mat.

We'll be in Studio B, Fitness Suite at the University of Gloucestershire Oxstalls Campus in Longlevens, Gloucester.
