This is exactly what you think it is - yoga to emo music! On the first and last Sunday of the month, we'll move with our breath to a curated playlist designed to soundtrack a strong, dynamic yoga flow to stretch out the sad.

First Sunday of the month we'll be in Cheltenham and the last Sunday of the month we'll be in Gloucester (please book onto the Sad Sundays: Emo Yoga Gloucester class if this is the one you want to attend!).

Suitable for all abilities - all you need is your angst and your mat.
