This is exactly what you think it is - yoga to emo music! On the first Sunday of the month, we'll move with our breath to a curated playlist designed to soundtrack a strong, dynamic yoga flow to stretch out the sad.

Suitable for all abilities - all you need is your angst and your mat.

PAYMENT
