Hatha yoga, is defined as movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration.These classes are designed for mixed-level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment. This class has something for everyone. Variations of difficulty are offered for each pose so students can work to their strengths and at a pace which they feel comfortable. This is an environment that is primarily for personal healing and getting to know yourselves better and listening to your body.
