DESCRIPTION: This all-levels chair yoga series supports remote workers and individuals across a spectrum of mobility. Each 45-minute session targets posture, breath, core strength, and balance/flexibility—building awareness and strength through accessible movement and mindful breathing.

Yogis are asked to sign up for all 4 weeks to ensure a core group and that all students gain a depth of practice to take with them.
